This round was a commendable attempt to cover a huge and important subject. But I do seem to detect the sound of a barrel being scraped in this particular question.
I don't really think you can describe modern-day pagans (which is what I think the question is referring to) as a single community.
Dictionary.com does define a pagan as "a member of a religious, spiritual, or cultural community ... ", but I take that to mean the community of Wiccans, or the community of Druids, and so on. It doesn't seem to me to be describing "neopagans" (as it terms them) as a single community.
